Making a Referral

Physicians may refer a patient by calling UNC Children's Cardiology administrative office at (984) 974-4601 and faxing the patient's medical records to (984) 974-7385.

To request a consultation for inpatient referral, please call the Carolina Consultation Center (800) 862-6264 and ask for the pediatric cardiologist on call.
