Make a Referral

Patients are referred to our clinics for a variety of problems. Referring physicians can refer a patient by faxing our outpatient clinic directly at 919-966-8641. If the referring physician has access to UNC Care Link, he or she can submit an online referral. Please call our office with any questions about the referral process at 919-966-2435.

A consultation can be done with our physician on call by contacting the Carolina Consultation Center at 800-862-6264 and asking for the pediatric gastroenterologist on call.
