Feeding Matters

United Health Children’s Foundation
• UHCCF grants provide financial assistance for medical needs not covered by private health insurance plan (tube feeding supplies, formula, medications, therapy, etc.)
• Certain criteria must be met

The Oley Foundation
• Connects families donating formula and g-tube supplies to families in need
• All supplies are free with only shipping costs required
