Making a Referral

We are pleased to assist in the diagnosis and management of infants, children, and adolescents with a variety of known or suspected allergic and immunologic disorders. If you would like to refer a patient to one of our outpatient clinics, you may call 984-974-1401 or fax the referral to 919-962-4421. Please be sure to include all relevant information including visit notes and laboratory or imaging test results.

If you would like a telephone consultation with our Allergy/Immunology physicians, you may contact the Carolina Consultation Center at (800) 862-6264 and ask for the Pediatric Allergy/Immunology provider on-call.

Our physicians are also able to provide inpatient evaluations for patients admitted to the pediatric unit at UNC Children’s Hospital or UNC Rex.

Our faculty members are also actively involved in a variety of educational endeavors (seminars, weekly conferences, etc.) as well as clinical and basic science research activities. We welcome you to contact any of the faculty in the division for further information on these activities.
