Frequently Asked Questions

What will my child's visit to the Airway Center be like?

Plans for your child's visit will be tailored to your requests and those of your pediatrician along with our expectations based on information about your child. We can usually schedule visits with more than one physician or other provider on the same day and may include some diagnostic evaluation, like lab tests or X-rays. Should your child need a procedure that requires anesthesia, this will most likely be scheduled on another day that is convenient for you based on findings from your child's first visits. The length of your first visit will vary according to the number of providers you see.
